William A. Cash Jr. is Director of the Little Rock Area Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Prior to attending law school, Cash worked as an intern in the Washington, D.C. office of Senator Dale Bumpers. Before working for the EEOC, Cash worked as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Oren Harris of the Western District of Arkansas and had a private law practice in Little Rock. While in private practice, Cash served as a government fellow to the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association. Cash appeared on ABC’s 20/20 program discussing an EEOC case seeking relief for teenagers subjected to sexual assault in the workplace. Cash is a frequent presenter on the topic of Employment Law at Continuing Legal Education programs and seminars.
